Love the fact that the ingredient list is short and simple and that the sodium is low. I feel no guilt after eating this soup at all. I think that adding slightly less water than is recommended makes for a tastier soup and I give it a minute more sitting time than is suggested as well. I like to bulk it up by sauteing some onions, carrots and celery while the soup is steeping and then mix it all together. Super (souper) yum. |
