I ordered this one this time because I saw it was lighter in sodium.It cooked up fine in two minutes of steeping in the hot water. It had a nice texture and flavor, but it was thinner than the Split Pea with Barley, which is why I liked the other one better. This cup of soup has 200 calories , 1 gram of fat, 13 grams of protein, 9 grams of fiber, and 360 mg of sodium. It boasts 30% of recommended daily value of Vit A and 12% of iron. The entire cup is considered one serving (which I specify as some McD cup products specify two servings per container.) For those who have issues with gluten, this has NO GLUTEN. For those who want a more healthful option in convenience foods/instant soups, this is a nice choice. Solid pea flavor, easy to fix, no animal products. A nice little soup.
